I can’t tell you whether their customer service is any good because I’ve never had to use it.

They have all the features you’d expect (EMail, MySQL, Free Domain, Stats, ETC.) The truth is most of the shared hosting companies have all of those features. What really matters is the reliability. What good do a bunch of features do you if the host is always going down? I’ve been using HostMonster web hosting for over a year and a half and I’ve never had a single minute of down time. I love to buy extra domains through them because of the free privacy feature. It ends up saving me about $5 per domain in comparison to GoDaddy. I actually have 16 domains on my one HostMonster account right now and they’re all running flawlessly.
